"If you are considering changing or continuing with this agent take a long pause. I have been with this agent since 2017 and recently had a claim filed on my roof for hail damage. After all the reviews and adjusters coming out it was found that I had a basic policy that would only cover 1/3rd or less of my roof. An endorsement no longer used by the agency but still on my policy. When I called to speak with the agent he told me that they called me in 2020 but he could not say who he talked to or what day they called. This agent even had the audacity to laugh as he hung up the phone when I said I would leave a poor review. So if you are looking for an agent do not use State Farm and do not use Ryan Torres in the Liberty Hill/ Leander area. They do not look out for their customers and obviously find it funny when they are going to receive bad reviews. Because they are under the Texas Department of Insurance. I am currently reaching out to the Texas Department of Insurance as well."
